New dashboards for our enhanced SmartHub: Connect

Taking track and trace beyond just visibility – we are launching two new features in our SmartHub: Connect visibility product.
 
Upon order capture, all orders go through a validation process, while failed orders go to the rejected order portal where customer service can check the error, fix the issue, and re-submit, giving our customers peace of mind knowing that no incorrect orders have gone through. This new feature smooths operational flow, reduces courier fines and most importantly ensures customers get the correct order on time..
 
We recently partnered with Perspex South Africa for its warehousing and distribution, providing the rigid substrate market leader with end-to-end solutions..
